This runs as an autobiography like an “I am Malala” storytelling. When I read the earlier book, it gave me insights about Swat and the bravery of an Afghan girl and her fight for education, which was very thought seeding in my opinion. Whereas this brings the efforts of a westerner to build a school premises in a stranger land. I am really inspired by the Greg’s constant struggles with his aspirations and deliverance. These journeys explains how lucky to live in a country with a proper provision of the education and questions whenever a desire of affording something irrelevant occurs. Like the author pointed “Education is indeed meant a hope to end the ignorance”.

This is about a sage who lived for 160 years in Kolkata, India and spent most of his life in various Himalayan caves. The arduous process of Hatha yoga practices imparted by his guru Bagawan shows how much training a disciple endures. It is exhilarating to visualise the sumeru mountain descriptions and miraculous healing of a person’s illness. The following statement from the book is intriguing and hope it stirs the same effects for others. “The Gita is not a reading material to be read as a matter of routine. You must become the Gita. That is the entire purpose of the Gita”.

This story is about Andrew’ rise of fame and a mystery behind his unexpected demise. The logical reason is cultivated by observing the circumstances and is what Andrew to have excelled. It is a rarity to come across mutuality between Andrew and Samuel during the novel’s timeframe. The construction works of Brooklyn bridge to Bronx zoo is netted to define the political system chores which are informative. Some discussions of Andrew invokes deeper insights into a philosophy of life without divine scrutiny. The following statements made me ponder and laugh – “It is the absence of thinking that is erroneous and gives rise to errors”. “Is his wife still unwell, Andrew? Yes. Totally loved it.

mussoorie

Roads rippled in look, paths narrow around nook.

Smell of an earth, with shortness of breath.

The spectacle turns hazy, rain showers in lazy.

Entered the sunny cottage, stared at extreme wattage.

Lobby glittered with lights, and welcome bids polite.

There stood the view, unspoken of the blue.

Planned for the day, excited about this stay.

Morning breeze blows over, echoed to push over.

Cuckoo whacked from buzzing, the voice of parroting?

Nature is always calm, with an embedded balm.

Sight of happy valley, nothing like an alley.

Muses from this place, is an incomparable ace.

Today went to the museum and enjoyed most of the views, the only constraint was the time! They have a huge collection of exhibits ranging from arts to ocean displays and the area is so big to cover on a single visit henceforth, I would strongly recommend to plan it accordingly. The most interesting and educated place was the minerals and gems exhibit, the displays of diamonds and emerald stones were fascinating and found that J.P Morgan have donated a diamond to display!
