Well, it is a relief to find an assuring story about aspects of social norms in the aristocratic universe. The explanations are defined with acuity and the nuance supporting the life of an upper middle class family is captivating and mindful. I was worried to get into the usual class indifference perhaps relieved by the contradictory happenings. Moreover the relationships of Ellen and Archer is presented in less lustful details with subtle proceeding which is commendable and unforeseen. This further demonstrates how romanticism can be looked upon which unfortunately isn’t the case in today’s modern society. When I started to read was expecting the sentimental elements leading towards the sad ending thankfully that’s not how it travels. By this you all must wondered the summary of this book? Same applies for any erudite to dismiss the existence ideology, but what stays apart is the way author bridges language syntax, rationale and the philosophical concepts to justify his statements. This will be my first poetry book that seized me to read and find it incompetent to comprehend on what is intended to convey. Is it proposed to be an affair on death premises, even if that is true wonder of its catered audience. The philosophical thoughts are injected enough to prod on but feel nothing to linger afterwards. I was intimidated by the views of Martin Heidegger about this work and that is what has prompted me to be sneaky. Certain words did capture my vocabulary interest such as nebulous parabolas, orbital methadone and pseudo longinus. This quote feeds the curious minds “There is a sense of reality behind what reality senses”, “Time present and time past are nothing but future to me, I am not mad, chronology just made me look that way”. I need to read more of poetry books to get familiar with the appropriate inference, but as a starter hope this stirs the right notions. Well, it did to me.

There are many unfamiliar verbose, which has a meaning that are encountered on a day to day life and this shows prominence of the historical settings. I felt like exploring a concoction of traditional territories on a future prospects by providing a space to discover the mystery of existence and essence of life. This persuades me to check the Heidegger’s famous work ‘Being and Time’ and hope to share my views as well. My favorite quote is this “To think of beings as a whole is to think of concealment and absence. Those that do not appear for us and are not presences are unimaginable absences”. Truly astonished and spellbound by its epiphany.
